A rustic seaside restaurant

I've been meaning to blog about The Strandloper restaurant since we went there a few weeks ago. We spent an entire afternoon eating ten (yes 10!) courses of seafood! It's very rustic - there's no electricity so all food is cooked on fires. Even the bread is baked using coals. The Toddler had a great time - he got to spend hours playing in a giant sandpit :-)

    1. It was so good, and if they have any left over at the end they give it away for free!

  6. Thanks for all the lovely comments! Last time we went (about 10 years ago) it was a beautiful hot day... Pity the weather wasn't as good this time but I guess sun cream and all that sand would have been a bit messy :-) x
