Lazy day

Phew, feeling rather pooped after a crazy few days of Toddler birthday festivities. My lovely friends Robyn and Ingrid are superwomen! They run Eleven, a boutique design and advertising studio, and, together with another partner they are the brains behind Flowermill, a local greeting card and stationery company. Once upon a time I actually had a job (well, one outside of the home anyway!) and one of my ex-colleagues, the lovely Melanie, has opened up a Bed and Breakfast in the gorgeous seaside town of North Berwick, near Edinburgh. Home-baked bread

For as long as I can remember my mom has baked bread on a Sunday afternoon. As a child I wouldn't eat it because I preferred store-bought bread (I know, crazy!). These days I love her bread and, thank goodness, so does The Toddler. We've been scoffing it all morning :-)
